Hi friends, If you have a promising growth share in mind, and you are only looking for an opportune moment and price for buying it, then the best time to do so would be around the middle of its accounting year. Suppose a company’s accounting year ends on 31st December, then the best time to buy its shares would be around June. This is the time when most investors and stock market operators lose interest in the share. The enthusiasm aroused by the previous years working result wanes, dividends have been distributed and there is nothing to look forward to except the current years working results, which appear too distant to arouse much excitement. This is the best time for picking up the share at a relatively low price- it may even close to its lowest recorded price of the year.

Share price usually record a sharp rise just before an expansion project of a company goes into commercial production. If you are a buyer, then you should do your buying a month or so before this happens. On the other hand, if you are a seller you should sell a couple of months after the plant goes into commercial production so that you can take full advantage of that price rise.

Companies often issue press-release about their expansion plans, diversification plans, plans to issue better-selling new products, rising order book position and proposals to issue bonus shares, right shares, and right convert able debentures etc. News of this nature has bullish effect on share prices. Therefore, if you want to buy shares in such a company, do not delay placing a buy order with your broker. Ideally it would be best if you buy the shares on the same day as the news item first appeared in the news papers. The same rule should be followed when companies release their half yearly working results to the press, indicating improved performance.

Buying a share immediately on receiving a favourable news item is a good timing decision. It works most of the time. But it is even better, if you can buy in anticipation of a favourable news item or in anticipation of a favourable market development. For example, it is always better to buy a share in anticipation of a liberal bonus or rights issue rather than immediately after the news announcement of such issue.

Keep a watch on the performance of similar companies operating in the same industry group? For example if Ceat and MRF announce favourable operating results, then the chances are that other Tyre companies will also come out with improved performances. Use this information to improve the timing of your purchase decisions by buying shares of those Tyre companies in anticipation of an improved performance. In this way you can substantially improve your investment performance by staying ahead of, and outrunning the crowd.

Wish you good luck.                                                         See you later.

Morgan Stanley expects Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's third annual budget to focus on fiscal consolidation, reforming tax structure, accelerating public investment, increasing productivity in agricultural sector and improving efficiency of social welfare spending.
The investment bank identified 10 issues that need to be closed tracked in the budget:

1) Fiscal deficit: For FY16, fiscal deficit could be lower than budgeted 3.9 per cent of GDP on higher tax collections and lower expenditure. For FY17, fiscal deficit target is likely to be fixed at 3.7 per cent of GDP versus the government's earlier stated target of 3.5 per cent because additional money is needed to implement the Seventh Pay Commission wage hike for central government employees. The government may defer by another year, to FY19, the target of reducing deficit to 3 per cent of GDP.

Washington: Rising rents and medical costs lifted underlying U.S. inflation in January by the most in nearly 4-1/2 years, signs of a pick-up in price pressures that could allow the Federal Reserve to gradually raise interest rates this year.

The Labor Department said on Friday its Consumer Price Index, excluding the volatile food and energy components, increased 0.3 percent last month. That was the biggest gain since August 2011 and followed a 0.2 percent rise in December.

Hi Friends,   College Students/Managing your money- 8 mantras:
Make a Monthly Budget:  This doesn’t have to be a complicated number-crunching exercise.  A simple excel sheet or the planner in your mobile will suffice.  The idea is to keep track of your monthly expenses and plug any unnecessary spending.  Start by listening your fixed expenditure like transportation cost, food, etc, and keep aside money for these.  The balance can then be used for discretionary expenses like shopping, gifting or partying.
Plan your Purchases:  Has the Rs.1, 000 spent on a dress for fresher’s night left you broke?  Simple mathematics and a bit of planning could have helped you avoid the situation.  Cutting down your expenses by Rs.250 every month would have saved you Rs.1000 in just four months and made the dress affordable.  Planning ahead is an easy way to prevent bankruptcy.

The Sensex and Nifty ended Friday's lacklustre trading session marginally higher on the back of buying in heavyweights like ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, Reliance Industries and Hero MotoCorp.
This week's gains were the best weekly gains posted by the benchmark indices since October 2015.
For the most part of the day, the Sensex and Nifty traded on a subdued note tracking losses in other Asian markets and selling in oil & gas, FMCG, capital goods and metal stocks. However, a spurt in the late noon deals pulled the benchmark indices out of the negative territory.

9:30 a.m.: Broader markets were also facing a heat of mil selling. The BSE mid-cap index slipped 0.28 per cent and the small-cap index declined 0.13 per cent. From the mid-cap space, HPCL was the top loser, down 2.14 per cent. Indian Hotels, Mphasis, JSW Energy, J P Associates, Castrol India and Bajaj Finserv were also among the losers, down 1.3-1.8 per cent each.

9:25 a.m.: The Sensex fell over 100 points and the 50-share Nifty slipped below its crucial psychological level of 7,150 in the opening deals on Friday on the back of profit-booking amid weak global cues.

Mumbai: The "Make in India" summit in Mumbai that was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the weekend has closed with $222 billion or Rs. 15.2 lakh crore in investment pledges.

Amitabh Kant, Secretary of India's Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), said he expected 80-85 per cent of the pledges to convert into serious business, much of it from foreign investors. It can take 18 months to three years for a memorandum of understanding to yield a final investment, he added.

The average human life is relatively short.

We know deep down that life is short, and that death will happen to all of us eventually, and yet we are infinitely surprised when it happens to someone we know.  It’s like walking up a flight of stairs with a distracted mind, and misjudging the final step.  You expected there to be one more stair than there is, and so you find yourself off balance for a moment, before your mind shifts back to the present moment and how the world really is.
LIVE your life TODAY!  Don’t ignore death, but don’t be afraid of it either.  Be afraid of a life you never lived because you were too afraid to take action.  Death is not the greatest loss in life.  The greatest loss is what dies inside you while you’re still alive.  Be bold.  Be courageous.  Be scared to death, and then take the next step anyway.

The Key to Heaven : A Raman Story.

The villagers were delighted. A sage who performed miracles had come to their village.
Every morning and evening they would gather at the temple with specially prepared delicacies as offerings to the sage.
When Tenali Raman heard of this, he smelt a rat. He went to the temple and sat near the holy man.
The sage began reciting shlokas. To Raman’s surprise, he went on repeating the same shloka over and over again.
Raman realized that he was a fraud. Suddenly, he leaned forward and plucked a strand of hair from the sage’s beard.
“I have the key to the Heaven!" he shouted triumphantly.
The villagers looked startled.
“This sage is so great that if I keep the hair from his beard with me, I will be blessed forever!" said Raman.
Immediately there was a scramble as the villagers rushed to get hold of a hair from the sage’s beard.
The frightened sage ran for his life and was never heard of again.

Hi Friends read my investment mantras,   in my blog I have narrated more than 400 articles relates to share market and investment.  My website viewed more than 2, 00,000 individuals from all around the world.  I stared the site since 14.06.2015.  Most of the comments received from clients are appreciating the way of writing and the contents.  From the request from viewers today I am writing my investment mantras in share trading.
I do not believe in short term investment instead I am keeping my portfolio minimum for 3 years and above.  I brief below my mantras for investing shares.
a.       Don’t look multibaggers.  Simply do home work well and find out a well organized company with good growth potential.  One day this company become a multibagger in future time.

The Sensex and Nifty rose for the second straight day on Thursday on the back of broad-based buying.
Asian stocks rose across the board as crude oil steadied on hopes that big producers will cap output.
Minutes from the US Federal Reserve also showed policymakers were divided over how to interpret the financial market volatility, suggesting it was backing away from the four rate hikes that were signaled for this year in December.
"Any kind of move on the global side wherein the Fed comforts the market further, will have a positive rub-off on our market," said Pankaj Pandey, head of research at brokerage ICICI Direct.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will not step in aggressively even as the rupee approaches a record low, as long as falls are orderly, as it believes global factors are behind the currency's weakness, a senior policy maker familiar with its thinking told Reuters.

9:40 a.m.Gaurang Shah of Geojit BNP Paribas says PSU banks will emerge stronger after clean up; SBI, Union Bank, Bank of Baroda can do well.

9:30 a.m.: Market analyst Sharmila Joshi says traders will look to exit at 7,200-7,250 to make small gains as there is no confidence about the pullback.

9:25 a.m.: Jindal Steel was the top gainer from the mid-cap space. The stock advanced 4.3 per cent to Rs 59.50. Crompton Greaves, Pidilite Industries, Union Bank of India, Oberoi Realty, Wockhardt, Glenmark and JSW Energy were also among the gainers, up 2.6-3.4 per cent each.

Financial markets that predicted eight of the last six recessions may be yet be wrong again, but market stress itself is now part of the calculus and leaves the world more open to shocks.
Given the violence of this year's slump in equities, where more than $8 trillion has been wiped off global stock market values, it is remarkable how few economists still see recession as the most likely outcome.
Yet more and more believe it will be a close-run thing; protracted market volatility itself could well tip the balance and investors are in no mood to hang about for a confirmation.

We don't always choose what happens to us, but we do get to choose how we react to it. Sometimes, reacting correctly can prevent a difficult situation from becoming worse. So with God's help, let's react (and treat others) in a way that pleases Him!

The Boy Wonder: A Raman Story

When Raman was a boy, his neighbour once took him to the house of a rich and powerful landlord.
“He’s a prodigy,” the neighbour told the landlord.
“I’ve never seen a more intelligent boy. He has an answer for everything!”
The landlord was a proud and haughty man who thought himself the only intelligent person in the country. He was not at all pleased to hear his visitor praise Raman.
“He doesn’t look very intelligent,” he said, glancing at Raman. “In any case the more intelligent a boy is, the duller he becomes as a man!”
“Is that true?” asked Raman, with an air of innocence.
“Then, sir, as a boy you must have been even more intelligent than I am!”

Hi friends, Investor tips: Inflation:  A simple explanation of inflation is that it refers to a situation where too much money is chasing too few goods.  Inflation indicates  a rise in the price of goods and  services.  Along with the growth of GDP, if the inflation rate also increases, then the real rate of growth would be very low.  Inflation and stock markets have a very close relationship.  If there is inflation, the stock market is adversely affected.  The price of stock is directly related to the  performance of the company.  Inflation typically results in the following:  1.  High raw material cost.  2. Non-availability of cheap credit due to rise in interest rates.  3.  Low earnings.

In six weeks, the Supreme Court wants a list of all companies who owe Rs. 500 crore or more to state-run banks.

The top court instructed the Reserve Bank of India to also disclose the companies whose bad debts have been restructured.

Judges have asked how state-run banks are sanctioning huge loans without proper guidelines and whether there are adequate methods in place to recover them.

"You have a list of major defaulters who run empires," said the Supreme Court to the central bank.

Instead of comparing yourself to other people create the habit of comparing
yourself to yourself. See how much you have grown, what you have achieved and
what progress you have made towards your goals.
This habit has the benefit of creating gratitude, appreciation and kindness
towards yourself as you observe how far you have come, the obstacles you have
overcome and the good stuff you have done. You feel good about yourself without
having to think less of other people.

While a man was polishing his new car, his 6 yr old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In anger, the man took the child’s hand and hit it many times; not realizing he was using a wrench.
At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father…..with painful eyes he asked, ‘Dad when will my fingers grow back?’ The man was so hurt and speechless; he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times. Devastated by his own actions…….sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches; the child had written ‘LOVE YOU DAD
