STOCK MARKET- PRINCIPLES REGARDING SHARE TRADING.

Hi Friends,   Do you know the following in connection with share trading?  Research and Development:  Sometimes the product may go out of style or become obsolete.  It is the management that has to overcome the problem of obsolescence by concentrating on the in-house R & D programme.  For example, if Maruti has  to survive the competition, it has to keep its R&D active and introduce consumer-oriented technological changes in the automobile sector.  This is often carried out by introducing sleekness, seating comfort, and brake efficiency in its automobiles.  New products have to be produced to replace the old ones.  Shortsighted cutting of the R&D budget would reduce the operational efficiency of any firm.

SHARE MARKET- SPECULATOR VS INVESTOR.

Hi, Speculation is about taking up the business risk in the hope of achieving short term gain. Speculation essentially invokes buying and selling activities with the expectation of making  profit from price fluctuations.  Suppose a person buys a stock  for its Bonus, he may be termed as an investor.  If he buys with the anticipation of a price rise in the near future and the hope of selling  it at a gain, he would be termed a speculator. The dividing line  between speculation and investment is very thin because people buy stocks for Bonus and further capital appreciation.

THE LAW OF LEAST EFFORT- 4TH SPIRITUAL LAW OF SUCCESS.

Written by Deepak Chopra.

The fourth spiritual law of success is the Law of Least Effort. This law is based on the fact that nature's intelligence functions with effortless ease and abandoned carefreeness. This is the principle of least action, of no resistance. This is, therefore, the principle of harmony and love. When we learn this lesson from nature, we easily fulfill our desires.

QUOTES- 4 SIMPLE MANTRAS TO HELP YOU STAY POSITIVE AND HAPPY.

1. Keep your head up and your heart open.I repeated this phrase to myself over and over again after my aforementioned breakup. At the time, the last thing I ever wanted to do was to open myself up again.

After being with the same person for over 6 years (6 years!), I quickly realized that this kind of thinking wouldn’t get me far.
I trusted myself that if I just kept my head up and my heart open, good things would come into my life. And I’m glad I listened to myself.
I use this phrase both literally and figuratively.
