13:37-39 - "The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man," replied Jesus. "The field is the whole world. The good seed? That is the sons of the kingdom, while the weeds are the sons of the evil one. The blackguard who sowed them is the devil. The harvest is the end of this world. The reapers are angels

Hi friends, please read the following positive youth quotes.

Each day is a little life: every waking and rising a little birth, every fresh morning a little youth, every going to rest and sleep a little death.

Forty is the old age of youth; fifty the youth of old age.

The youth is the hope of our future.

Youth smiles without any reason.  It is one of its chiefest charms.
In youth we learn ; in age we understand.

Good habits formed at youth make all the difference.

Education is the best friend.  An educated person is respected everywhere.  Education beats the beauty and the youth.

The duty of youth is to challenge corruption.

Older men declare war.  But it is the youth that must fight and die.

Probably the happiest period in life most frequently is in middle age, when the eager passions of youth are cooled, and the infirmities of age not yet begun; as we see that the shadows, which are at morning and evening so large, almost entirely disappear at midday.

SHARE MARKET-- Understanding Rights Issues of Companies.

Cash-strapped companies can turn to rights issues to raise money when they really need it. In these rights offerings, companies grant shareholders a chance to buy new shares at a discount to the current trading price. Let's look at how rights issues work and what they mean for all shareholders.

Defining a Rights Issue and Why It's Used

A rights issue is an invitation to existing shareholders to purchase additional new shares in the company. More specifically, this type of issue gives existing shareholders securities called "rights," which, well, give the shareholders the right to purchase new shares at a discount to the market priceon a stated future date. The company is giving shareholders a chance to increase their exposure to the stock at a discount price. (For more, watch the Stock Rights Issue video.)

But until the date at which the new shares can be purchased, shareholders may trade the rights on the market the same way that they would trade ordinary shares. The rights issued to a shareholder have a value, thus compensating current shareholders for the future dilution of their existing shares' value.

God never said that the journey would be easy, but He did say that the arrival would be worthwhile.
Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows; it empties today of its strength.
I’ve read the last page of the Bible. It’s all going to turn out all right.
If God called us to a task, He will then qualify us for the job.
When you understand that life is a test, you realize that nothing is insignificant in your life
Success is on the same road as failure; success is just a little further down the road.
God loves each of us as if there were only one of us.
God’s work done in God’s way will never lack God’s supplies.
God has a purpose behind every problem. He uses circumstances to develop our character. In fact, he depends more on circumstances to make us like Jesus than he depends on our reading the Bible.

         Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary
Parambikulam wildlife sanctuary is situated in Chittur taluk of Palakkad district and is about 100 km away from Palakkad. The challenging hill ranges here are placed at an altitude of 300 to 1438 m above sea level and the place offers a good climate with temperatures ranging from 15 degree Celsius to 32 degree Celsius.
Sprawling over an area of 285 sq km, Parambikkulam can boast of the first scientifically managed teak plantations of the world and also houses the world’s tallest and oldest teak tree.
The forests here were under two administrative units – the Sungam Forest Reserve and the Parambikulam Forest Reserve during the 19th century.  In 1907, a tram railway was introduced here in order to shift the timber from the remote areas of the forest to Chalakkudy from where it could be exported by road. The area came under official protection and was declared a sanctuary in the 1960s.  A special teak plantation division too was constituted from Parambikulam Forest reserve in the same year. Later the Teak Plantation Division was merged with the already notified sanctuary and by 1985, the Parambikulam Sanctuary, about 285 sq km, was officially opened.

QUOTES-- Selfish Quotes and Sayings about Selfishness

Some people just want things for themselves and are not fond of sharing while some people loves to just go and share all they have even when they are left with nothing at all. Here are some of the best selfish quotes for those selfish people who only want things for their own pleasure, for their own benefit.
Maybe you can show them how selfish they are through these words.
What are selfish people but ones who use the weakness of others for their own pleasure?
There are people who are so original that they become selfish and use those ideas for profit.
It is sad that most of the people who have great ideas are so selfish and uses them for benefit.
I would not be great to sacrifice too much of yourself as you will then be left with nothing.
No one would ever give all of themselves to you, no one will really care enough like that.
Nowadays, even love is selfish; there is so much selfishness that surrounds the planet we have.
Because selfish people only think of their own sake, the result of what they do is negative.
A great person is that who have let go of his selfishness and wants to help other people too.
Love is always beneficial to a person as well as compassion as long as selfishness is omitted.

Just because you care about yourself means you are selfish, it is by not caring of others that you become a selfish person that only cares for yourself and no one else.

A massive triangular laterite fort, replete with a moat and flanking bastions, the St. Angelo's Fort also called Kannur Fort was constructed by the first Portuguese Viceroy, Don Francesco de Almeida in 1505.

In 1663, the Dutch captured the fort from the Portuguese and sold it to Ali Raja of Kannur. In 1790 the British who seized control over the fort, renovated and equipped it to be their most important military station in Malabar.

Today, St. Angelo's Fort is a protected monument under the Archaeological Survey of India. The fort offers a fascinating view of the Moppila Bay and Dharmadom Island. Dharmadom Island, only 5 acres in area, is situated 100 metres away from the mainland in the Arabian Sea. The Moppila Bay is a natural fishing bay. A sea wall projecting from the fort separates the rough sea and inland water. Today, the bay has turned into a modern fishing harbour, developed under the Indo-Norwegian Pact.

QUOTES AND THOUGHTS-- 7 Of The Best Bible Verses About Miracles

Miracles are defined by the extraordinary measure that God reveals Himself to us. Miracles remind us that God doesn’t depend on the elements of nature or man’s abilities in order to do the impossible. We trust that God will work miracles in our lives in His timing and purpose. Read the 7 best Bible verses about miracles:
Miracle #1) An elderly couple having a baby. (Genesis 12-21)
“With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).
In Genesis 12 God told Abraham to move away to another land where He would bless and make a great nation through him. Abraham was 75 years old when he started out in faith and twenty-five years later his son, Isaac, was born to Sarah. In between those years, there were a lot of good and bad decisions on the part of Abraham and Sarah; however, God still honored His promise to do the impossible. Even when we make wrong choices, our Lord can still work the miraculous in His perfect timing.

Miracle #2) A nation of people walking across an ocean bed with water on both sides. (Exodus 12-14)
“He is the one you praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes” (Deuteronomy 10:21).
Many of us struggle with leading our families in the right path towards God. How much more difficult it was for Moses to lead the Israelites to the Promised Land? When the tribes of Israel were pursued by the Egyptian army from behind and an expansive ocean ahead—there could’ve been massive panic—except for God. Our Lord can handle the huge mountains, oceans, or storms that appear to block our way. We must trust in the God of miracles even when we can’t see our way ahead.

STOCK MARKET-- What are differential voting rights (DVR) shares?

A DVR share is like an ordinary equity share, but it provides fewer voting rights to the shareholder. So, for instance, while a normal Gujarat NRE Coke shareholder can vote as many times as the number of company shares heshe holds, someone who holds the company’s DVR shares will need to hold 100 DVR shares to cast one vote. The number of DVR shares required to be held will differ from one company to another.
Why are these issued by companies?

Companies issue DVR shares for prevention of a hostile takeover and dilution of voting rights. It also helps strategic investors who do not want control, but are looking at a reasonably big investment in a company. At times, companies issue DVR shares to fund new large projects, due to fewer voting rights, even a big issue does not trigger an open offer. The Companies Act permits a company to issue DVR shares when, among other conditions, the company has distributable profits and has not defaulted in filing annual accounts and returns for at least three financial years. However, the issue of such shares cannot exceed 25 per cent of the total issued share capital. Some companies that have issued DVR shares on our bourses include Tata Motors, Pantaloons and Gujarat NRE Coke. According to reports, Tata Steel has plans to raise $1 billion through various instruments, including DVR shares.

Who should invest in DVR shares?
