Lord Jesus Christ Says...

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

HAPPY LIFE- 13 MANTRAS.

1. Live Life the Positive Way
Everyone wants to be happy in life. Studies on Positive Psychology have shown that happy people are more creative and productive. They earn more capital and respect, enjoy a better life, have good family bondage and attract more friends as well as other people. They stay healthier and outlive their grumpy colleagues.
Blessed with reasonably sound health, economic security, good family support and friends, there is no valid reason anyone should be unhappy. Yet, some people possessing these virtues remain distressed.

3. Present Moment
Many people have the habit of regretting the PAST and worrying about the FUTURE. Very conveniently, they forget the essence of the PRESENT and stop valuing it. Actually, the PAST is HISTORY. One should not continuously regret the sour experiences of the past while carrying the burden of negative thoughts and be miserable in the day to day life. One should however, remember the pleasant events of the past if at all with nostalgia and learn from the mistakes from the past. One should realize that the FUTURE is a mystery which can only be improved and made secure by doing purposeful work in the PRESENT. Also acknowledge the fact that PRESENT is the ‘gift’ of life and that is why it is called ‘PRESENT’. Accept this present (gift) with gratitude and try to live it happily and usefully.

Do your work happily and efficiently and perform acts of kindness without expecting a reward or an appreciation. Your happiness will be immense if the reward comes to you without your expectations for it.

Try to let go off your ego. Cultivate humility and compassion. Anger should be short lived. Be more forgiving. Keep your mind devoid of negative emotions . This will provide inner peace and joy.
