HEALTH TIPS--How do I become healthy and strong?

  Wake up early by 5 .
·         Drink lots of pure water.
·         Meditate for at least 15 mines daily it increases ur focus and concentration.
·         Exercise in the morning it has great impact on your body.
·         Think positively it makes you optimistic and strong.
·         Cut carbs and unhealthy food from your diet.
·         Maintain healthy relationships with your near and dear ones.
Always keep relationship with God and do some charity work or help according to your ability
