One of the first miracles in my life was when I was just 11 year's old, when my mother picked me up from school, my father was with her. My mother was crying a little, so I asked her why?  She then told me that she had terminal cancer.  What is cancer, I said she then told me.  Watching her go down hill for the first six months, she began teaching me how to get my younger sister's ready for school, guided me in how to cook for the family.  We all would gather around and pray each night for a miracle. My mother was searching to find someone to come and anoint her.  She found that church, and they came out and anointed her. Each day she began getting better and better.  Well, that was 50 years ago and she's still telling me what to do!

STOCK MARKET--Is it a right time to buy DHFL share as it cracked almost 40+%. What are the reasons for its fall and the reasons to buy or not?

A strong fundamental company like DHFL falling more than 40% in a day is really a very big thing. Such drastic fall in companies that are part of Futures & Options are not normal, we could see stocks falling down and getting locked in lower circuits like 20% are normal. But a panic sell off that we witnessed on Friday in Indian Stock market is huge.
Before We analyze about DHFL, lets see the historical data and find out what are the other stocks that has fallen huge in just one day which were once fundamentally strong company, listed below are the top stocks that has fallen more in one day.
The top spot belongs to Satyam computers, the crash in Satyam was due to the founder Ramalinga Raju confession. Such a big crash for stock like Satyam was really a big deal, i have explained about it in my other answer.

Be on your guard against false prophets; they come to you looking like sheep on the outside, but on the inside, they are really like wild wolves.  You will know them by what they do.  Thorn bushes do not bear grapes, and briars do not bear figs.  A healthy tree bears good fruit, but a poor tree bears bad fruit.  A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a poor tree cannot bear good fruit.  And any tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown in the fire.  So then, you will know the false prophets by what they do.  (Bible)

STOCK MARKET--Which stocks are going to be next, Eicher or MRF?

Split and bonus adjusted price of Bajaj Finance is Rs 2700+. If one had one share of Bajaj Finance(Face Value Rs 10/-) during stock split and bonus issue in 2016 one is now holding 10 shares(Face Value Rs 2) of Bajaj finance(total market price more than Rs 27000/-). Bajaj Finance has shown 60% profit after tax(PAT) growth in Q4 FY18(YoY) and 81% PAT growth in Q1 FY 19 (YoY). I don’t know how much steam left to maintain such a growth in coming quarters. Try your luck.

STOCK MARKET--What are the most important lessons you have learned from investing in the stock market?

Matus Kubala, Investor, CFA
The most important thing I have learned about the stock market and investing, is that you need the right temperament to make it through all those ups and downs. You don’t need 130 IQ, you can sell 30 points to someone else as Warren Buffett says. But you must be emotionally stable, in other words, you must neither derive pleasure from being with the crowd or against it. You can’t get depressed when prices are going down, or ecstatic when they are rising. It’s very important to stop watching daily quotes, and instead pay attention to business fundamentals.
Let me tell you a story. In 1977, a young analyst named Peter Lynch was appointed by Fidelity Investments as the manager of their Magellan fund, which had around $18 million in assets and performed pretty poorly during its history. Being an excellent investor, Peter Lynch turned it around and generated a 29% annual return for the next 13 years, and it became one of the best performing mutual funds in United States. Now here is the interesting thing: Fidelity conducted a study of Magellan and found out, that the average investor actually lost money. How can that be? Well every time Mr. Lynch had a good year, investors piled in and assets under management increased. Every time he had bad year, investors ran for the exits and withdrew money. If they just sat on their asses and did nothing, they would have earned 29% per year. Many of these individuals had high IQs and were very successful in their respective fields. But what they didn’t have was emotional stability, they couldn’t take the wild swings that are always present in the stock market.
It’s emotion, that drives stocks to overvalued or depressed levels. If you can ignore the constantly changing prices and sit calmly, while everyone around is losing their heads, you will gain a tremendous advantage. People always say they are long-term investors, that is until prices go down

STOCK MARKET--Is this the beginning of bear market?

On Monday(17/9/2018}, Sensex lost more than 500 points, and then on every trading day this week, the market ended in the red. We lost 1250 points on the Sensex this week.
The way market behaved today scared investors. Many investors are asking – Is this the beginning of bear market? How does one explain so much volatility in the Nifty and Sensex? On Friday, at one point of time, Sensex lost more than 1100 points, but later recovered with a loss of 280 points over the previous day’s close. This market poses real danger to the NBFCs, who were the darling of the investors till the previous trading day. In last few years, these NBFCs created huge wealth for the investors, but today found no buyers even at lower levels. Dewan Housing Finance (DHFL) stock was down by as much as 55 per cent intra-day (as it’s in F&O, hence no upper or lower circuit) and recovered some ground after the management clarified that there is nothing wrong with the company and also, they have no exposure to IL&FS. But the stock still closed at 42 per cent down from the previous day’s close, suggesting that the market is no mood to buy the story. India Bulls Finance also came under pressure and closed the day with 8 per cent loss. Almost all NBFCs came under pressure on Friday, including names like Bajaj Finance and M&M Finance. The market could not figure out why there has been sudden pressure on NBFC stocks. It would take some time before one can come out with credible explanation for this fall. Yes Bank, which is part of the Nifty and Sensex, lost 29 per cent on Friday, but it was expected that it will fall as RBI did not extend the tenure of Rana Kapoor as CMD of Yes Bank for three years, but the quantum of fall surprised the market participants. Rana would step down by January 2019 and the management will have to find a new CMD by then. It is not very clear at this point of time whether Rana would continue as a director on the bank. The carnage was equally severe on mid-caps and small-caps as Nifty Smallcap 100 was down by 3.53 per cent and Nifty Midcap 100 was down by 2.43 per cent.

SHARE MARKET-How I select and invest top 5 stocks which are likely to give a 20-time return in 20 years?

It is near impossible to identify 5 stocks which can give 20 fold returns in 20 years but it is very easy to narrow down 5 stocks out of 20 to 25 stocks which may turn out to be 20 baggers over a span of 15–20 years.
For selecting and buying shares please check the following company details. Company PE, dividend history for the last five years, Bonus history, Book value, reserve, debt equity ratio( below 0.5), promoter holding (above 40%), ROE(above 15), ROCE(above 20)& pledging of shares(below 20%) etc. You may select shares after considering the above details; your shares may be multibagers.
I mean that, invest your money in 20–25 possible outperforms and track them for 3–5 years in the span of 6 months. Every 6 months analyze your portfolio and quit the stocks which are down by 10–15% or more and switch to stocks which are best performing mean which are gaining 10–15% or more. Follow this process for 3–5 years until you are left with 5 stocks. I am sure that these 5 stocks will perform for rest 15–17 years. Previous history shows that good stock performs for long.
Hope it helps.                                                             Wish you good luck.

STOCK MARKET--Is share market similar to gambling?

Do you think it is Gambling?
Yes! It is

Now, again see the chart.
Do you think it is Gambling?
No. It is not.
Only wise people who invest long term can understand this.
In share market you must know 2 things before you enter:
  1. Which and
  2. When
On Which you should put your money and when you should buy/sell.
One of my Stocks doubled within a month (This month).
Without knowledge it’s a gamble. But with knowledge, it’s a growth machine.

STOCK MARKET--Why is the stock market crashing from the last 2 days? What are the good shares which have gone down, but have good chances to go up in the future?

Now the shares for which you asked :
I would want to say that trade in the technology sector stocks as tech sector is bullish these days.
you can also go for pharma sector as this sector is going to perform very well according to my opinion .
As i cannot recommend any stocks to you but i have told you the sectors as i don't want to lose you money giving false calls or stocks calls but stocks such as infosys and mindtree can go up easily.
May you have a good day ! bye

VST Tillers Tractors VST Tillers Tractors (VSTT) is India s largest power tillers player, having a market share of around 50 per cent. The company has the capacity to assemble 60,000 tillers per annum. This product segment contributes to nearly 55 per cent of its revenues. About 30 per cent of revenues come sale of tractors. While the company has been involved in this segment for decades, it has recently upped its focus on the same. We believe VSTT s tractor business will drive growth going forward. With the company s tractor plant currently working at 1/3rd of its assembling capacity, there is idle capacity available. Tractor volumes have seen a sharp rise in the current year after two consecutive dull monsoons seasons. This, coupled with VSTT s focus on increasing its reach and product offerings will lead the company to grow at a fast pace over the medium term, said Nitasha Shankar of YES Securities.

Wish you good luck.

The seven lessons in this course explain the characteristics of successful stocks and the forces that push them up. These lessons explain specific traits to look for when buying stocks.
1) Earnings: The Indispensable Element Of Great Stocks
For any businessman, the rate at which he can increase his earnings or profits is a very important indicator of the success of his business. Similarly, in case of a company, the rate at which its earnings can increase over time is a key indicator of the potential of its shares to increase in value.
Earnings, also called net profits or net income, are what a company makes after paying all its expenses, including taxes. Companies usually calculate their earnings every quarter - March, June, September and December – and then publish their annual accounts at the end of the year, which shows the earnings of the entire year.

MARRIED LIFE--Selecting the right life partner is necessary to lead a happy married life/read it-

Selecting the right life partner is necessary to lead a happy married life. Here's how you can select your perfect one( 7 points in mind )

There are many factors that one needs to consider when choosing a life partner. The most important aspect is to consider things that are crucial to you.

Find someone who you can connect with easily
It is very important to choose somebody who you can easily strike a conversation with. This way, you can enjoy doing things and talking about them together without getting bored.

Potential partner with same interests
Selecting someone who shares a lot of common interests with you will work in your favour. Remember that all your interests don't really have to be the same, but some would do. Says clinical psychologist and relationship expert Seema Hingorrany, "When you decide to spend your life with someone, you must look at things that the two of you would love to do together. For example, if you are a movie buff, you would ideally like to be with someone who enjoys movies as well. This will make your life interesting."

SHARE MARKET--Buy Vinyl Chemicals: SP Tulsian(Share analyst)/try it-

Below is the verbatim transcript of the interview.
AnujuVinyl Chemicals looks interesting stock idea?
A: That is right, in fact Pidilite Industries is the promoter of this company and of 50 percent of the promoter stake, Pidilite is direct holding about 41 percent stake in the company. Let me just quickly give the background that Vinyl Chemicals earlier was making vinyl acetate monomer which is called as VAM in an abbreviated word which is used for adhesive and all that. With their plant at Mahad maybe about three years back they had sold this plant to Pidilite Industries because the entire production was getting sold to Pidilite Industries. And then thereafter promoter because Pidilite is a big consumer of VAM that is vinyl acetate monomer as their raw materials so the promoters of Pidilite probably have thought that let us keep this company as a trading company.
Now the business model of this company is purely a trading company. They import the vinyl acetate monomer and 90 percent of their income is derived from sales to Pidilite Industries. So, one may argue that this is purely a trading company, there is nothing in it, why should we give this kind of multiple. Those arguments may remain valid but if you really take the situation you never know that when these types of companies can get revived if the plant can get sold to the parent company you can always see the new business ideas also getting generated in this company because the financials are seem to be very much in place.

One would marvel the nature’s ability to redesign itself to the human intervention

at Kalvari Mount. This is the place where you will see the mighty Idukki dam and its reservoir from one of the highest points. The panoramic view from the top is simply exhilarating and refreshing.

Just 5 KM from Idukki town and in the Idukki Kattappana route, Kalvari mount serves both as a refreshing picnic spot and as a Christian pilgrim centre called Kurisumala. It also gives the view of Kamakshy and Mariyapuram, the most prominent tribal villages of the region.
Such big is the view of reservoir that it looks like periyar river itself from the highest point of and unless you know that this is actually formed after the implementation of the Idukki Hydroelectric project on 1975, you will not identify it. This simply shows us there is no better designer than the nature itself. This reservoir, got created after the construction Idukki, Cheruthoni and Kulamavu dams which holds the water of the Periyar river and uses it for Hydroelectric power generation at the power plant in Moolamattam.
Feast  to your eyes , the view of Iduki dam reservoir from Kalvari Mount

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.
He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water.
She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk He drankit slowly, and then asked, “How much do I owe you?” “You don’t owe me anything,” she replied “Mother has taught us never to accept payment for a kindness.”

He said… “Then I thank you from my heart.”

As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt; stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.

Years later that young woman became critically ill.

1. They welcome change
Mentally tough people don't hesitate to embrace change.
They welcome it with positivity and optimism. The worst thing that can happen to you is not having any change.
Many times, change can be an opportunity to step up in life.
When you are doing the same thing over and over again, the results won't be any different. You should be willing to adapt to change with an open mind.
2. They say NO with confidence

Teachers Day 2018: Who Was Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and Why We Dedicate This Day to Teachers?

Teachers’ day is celebrated across India on 5th September, every year, which is also the birthday of former President, teacher, educator and scholar Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.

In the year 1962, when Dr. Radhakrishnan assumed his office, the first ever teachers day was celebrated.

The former President was born in the year 1882 to a Telugu Brahmin family in Tirutani in Andhra Pradesh. A highly educated man of his times, Dr.Radhakrishnan did his Masters in Philosophy from University of Madras, after which he went on to teach in University of Mysore and University of Calcutta.

Later, he served as the Vice Chancellor in Andhra University as well as in Banaras Hindu University. After all these accomplishments, he was also invited to Oxford University to take the chair of Spalding Professor of Eastern Religions.
