MARRIAGE LIFE--Selecting the right life partner is necessary to lead a happy married life

Selecting the right life partner is necessary to lead a happy married life. Here's how you can select your perfect one( 7 points in mind )

There are many factors that one needs to consider when choosing a life partner. The most important aspect is to consider things that are crucial to you.

Find someone who you can connect with easily

It is very important to choose somebody who you can easily strike a conversation with. This way, you can enjoy doing things and talking about them together without getting bored.

Potential partner with same interests

Selecting someone who shares a lot of common interests with you will work in your favour. Remember that all your interests don't really have to be the same, but some would do. Says clinical psychologist and relationship expert Seema Hingorrany, "When you decide to spend your life with someone, you must look at things that the two of you would love to do together. For example, if you are a movie buff, you would ideally like to be with someone who enjoys movies as well. This will make your life interesting."

STOCK MARKET--Will 2019 be a good time to invest in the Indian Stock market?

               Thanks for asking this question
I want to congratulate you first that you are considering making investments in the stock market. I went through your profile and found the question where you were asking about beginner’s luck in stock markets and since I couldn't find any answers or questions related to finance or economics in your profile I will assume you are not very familiar with the idea of investing in stock markets.
So let me make a few things clear. Investing in stock markets is both a science and an art. I know many people say investing in stock market is like gambling but I beg to differ. If you invest like a gambler then the outcome will also be as such but if you are an intelligent investor you can make some good money.

SHARE MARKET--Anand Rathi's research report on HIL

Anand Rathi's research report on HIL

Its sharper focus on cost optimisation, solution-centric approach and ramped-up pipe capacities led HIL to report a good performance. Its strong brand, optimised working capital, Parador acquisition and leading position in asbestos-based roofing and AAC blocks are other positives. We retain our Buy recommendation.

We believe that HIL, with its leading position, expansion in a high-growth market and its better operating performance, will post a sturdy performance. We, therefore, retain our Buy rating, with a target of `2,763 at a 15x PE on FY20e.

share market--How do you see the stock of Ashok Leyland in coming years after the resignation of Vinod Dasari, its CEO and MD?

Many Companies go through many transitional phases in their life cycle- while some transitions might be on strategy, some transitions would be related to growth, some related to mgmt change etc.
Ashok Leyland has got into a transitional phase, with the current MD & CEO, Mr. Vinod Dasari resigning for pursuing other interests, after a 14 year stint - first 7 years as COO and next 7 years as MD & CEO.
This is not the first time that has happened to an Company in India and in the 14 months itself, there have been many high profile exits. Take the case of Infosys CEO, Dr. Vishal Sikka quitting in Aug 2017. What happened then[1] ?
The stock tanked by 13% and post damage control, with some quick organizational adjustment, the stock recovered and has participated well in the IT rally over the last 1 yr. With Mr. Nilekani well versed with Infosys, the Company was reset onto the right track.
Another example: Take the case of Interglobe Aviation or Indigo. The Co. President Mr. Aditya Ghosh resigned on Apr 26th 2018. What happened then[2] ?
The stock tanked 6.3% but at the same time no credible person was appointed in his place. Also, the crude oil prices started rising along with rupee depreciating rapidly and, with the company also getting its planes grounded due to NEO 320 engine issues, the stock under performed for almost 5 months. Now, with crude falling and rupee stabilizing the stock is recovering a bit.
So, what is it with Ashok Leyland?

STOCK MARKET-- Is it right time to invest in Tata motors at CMP of 190?

Tata Motors has not been doing very well historically but it is available for much lesser price than its intrinsic value. This stock is available for great price but does not have sound fundamentals.
This is a high risk stock but if you have an appetite for high risk and ready to invest 5 years or more, you may bet on this. If this stock is suitable to invest for one, but it may not be suitable to invest for others.
Every investor has different level of style, risk taking appetite and patience. Before you directly jump in to invest, you should assess the risk involved in this kind of stock.
It is always good to make a list of various stocks and compare them first and take a call based on your personal research.
It is your personal call, but there are other alternative automotive stocks that you may consider before you start buying. This is my neutral viewpoint on this stock.
All the best.

STOCK MARKET--What are the hidden secrets of the stock market?

                    Buy at rumor and sell at news !
Data is everything! No wonder why they say, Information is wealth. No matter how smart you are, there are always a bunch of people who make hell lot of money based on Insider Information.
Many intraday traders use to watch the news channel or sites like moneycontrol to keep scanning for some stocks news, so that traders can short list the stocks they want to trade on, get in and out for some quick profits.
Basically they want to make use of the momentum the news has created for the stock. There is a typical observation or pattern that have witnessed recently. Most of the time the stock reacts before the news hits the market.
Let’s take an example.
There was a news that Alembic Pharma got a FDA approval. As per stock exchange rules, it is mandatory for every company to disclose such news to exchange, so it is the NSE/BSE exchange which gets such information first. Only then it gets shared with Media. We usually run bots to scan for such news in NSE site, as and when such alerts comes, its gets shared with all Telegram users. As you can see the alert was published at 10:51 in NSE site, but the stock reacted positively much before the news was made public.
There are certain people who have access to such sensitive information would move the stock price much earlier. But poor retail traders seeing the positive news, try to buy at the day high price and gets trapped, as the other people who bought much early would liquidate their position and make profit.
Its a typical example of Buy at rumor and sell at news, its better to react opposite in such situation and people who shorted at this level seeing the good news would have made money.

STOCK MARKET--If I have to invest on stocks regularly for a long time without looking at the present price, which 10 stocks would you recommend?

Which 10 Stocks would I recommend ? :
This question is about investing regularly and for long term.
I usually write about trading. Today, I am putting on a different thinking cap and sharing my thoughts about investment in the long term.
Markets generally give good returns over a period of time. Mainly it is good stock selection combined with the power of compounding.
Time in the market being more important than timing the market.
We are currently in the bull phase in Indian Stock Market. Rest of the world is no different. A correction may happen any time soon or it may not.
My recommendation is based on the past performance of the stocks, movement of Index and the fact that outperforming the index is not achieved easily by the individual investor.
NIFTY Index Returns:
NIFTY index has given cumulative returns of 15 % since inception.
In financial year 2016–17, the returns were a commendable 18.58%.
The performance is slightly subdued if we look at 3 or 5 year period.
But over long term, these returns are not to be scoffed at.
The investment idea should be about doing better than this or at least matching it.
My Recommendations:
Invest in the NIFTY ETF ( exchange traded fund ) regularly. Buy during the dips as well. It should be done as a systematic investment plan.
This will be matching the NIFTY returns.
For better results and active investing:
Buy the top 10 of NIFTY stocks on regular basis, like in a SIP ( Systematic Investment Plan )

STOCK MARKET--What are the top stocks that every investor should have in his/her portfolio?

Nobody knows which are the top stocks that investor should have in their portfolio.
Investment in stock market is a knowledgeable calculative risk a person take to be financially independent. It is very difficult to predict Mr. Market’s behaviour, stocks which you have thought will become multi-bagger for you might turn out to be worst performing stock if you don’t do your due diligence properly.
So, if any one says that this stock should be in your portfolio don’t just blindly believe him and invest. Kindly research on it and build your investment thesis-as to why this stock should be in your portfolio and why not the other stocks.
I would recommend you to read investment books as much as you can -this will surely give you an idea about how to take your approach on investment and built your portfolio.
Best of Luck friends, Happy Investing.

PRAYER- Prayer for a Sick Person

O Father of mercies and God of all comfort, our only help in time of need:
We humbly beseech thee to behold, visit, and relieve thy sick servant N. for whom our prayers are desired.
Look upon him with the eyes of thy mercy; comfort him with a sense of thy goodness;
preserve him from the temptations of the enemy;
and give him patience under his affliction.
In thy good time, restore him to health,
and enable him to lead the residue of his life in thy fear,
and to thy glory;
and grant that finally he may dwell with thee in life everlasting;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
