Handling
too many emotions at one point in our life can make us really vulnerable. At
such times, we need to calm down and take control of our emotions, rather than
letting them take control over what we do. Sometimes, we don't even know what
we're feeling. During moments of such confusion, we say and do things we might
not want to otherwise. If you are going through an emotional upheaval, you need
to calm down, sort out your thoughts, and then think straight.
